Daddy went out and got our Christmas tree this morning! Madeline watched as daddy got the tree all ready to decorate. 
Then she helped Daddy 
and Mommy put a few ornaments on the tree. 
She found one ornament that looked like a hat, 
so she put it exactly where she thought it belonged! 
We finally convinced her that it should go on the tree even though it was a hat :-) 
She really got a kick out of these ornaments :-) 
After all the ornaments were on the tree, it was finally time for the star! 
Now we just have to teach her that the tree is just to look at and not to touch... we'll have to wait and see how that goes :-)
