Madeline's favorite book is called "Madeline Loves Animals". This morning Aunt Alyssa read it to her.
Then we all went to the zoo to see the animals up close! We saw a komodo dragon, 
a big furry ape 
and something called a Duiker! 
Our favorite was the momma ape carrying her baby on her back!
After a couple hours of animal watching Madeline was completely exhausted - 
we'll have to come back later to see all of the other animals we missed :-)
